Joshua Salazar, Founder

Joshua Salazar, founder of Rent Ready Property Management, LLC, has been managing rental properties for over 10 years. Joshua studied real estate through the Rockwell Institute and began his career working for ReMax Traditions in Yakima. He continued to grow his experience base by managing luxury town homes for Summerfield Commercial, and then continued on to Cadence Real Estate in Seattle. As a property and construction manager at Cadence, Joshua managed 18 apartment buildings with a combined 700 units and oversaw the rehab projects of each building. Joshua’s mentors at Cadence trained him through “hands on experience” in property syndication, value-add management, and positive cash flow improvements. Joshua has a broad array of contacts throughout Washington state, including realtors, contractors, and investors and is more than willing to help anyone make that connection they are looking for.

DJ Henn, CEO and Designated Broker

DJ Henn joined Rent Ready in September of 2015. He studied business management at Gonzaga University and has over 8 years of property management experience. DJ received his real estate broker license in 2016, and then a managing broker license in 2017. He is also a licensed real estate instructor, teaching continuing education courses through Evergreen Professional Training, Inc.

DJ enjoys working with everyone: tenants, real estate investors, buyers, and sellers. He is always looking for a “win-win” relationships and figuring out how to think outside of the box.
