DJ Henn, CEO and Designated Broker

DJ Henn joined Rent Ready in September of 2015. He studied business management at Gonzaga University and has over 8 years of property management experience. DJ received his real estate broker license in 2016, and then a managing broker license in 2017. He is also a licensed real estate instructor, teaching continuing education courses through Evergreen Professional Training, Inc.

DJ enjoys working with everyone: tenants, real estate investors, buyers, and sellers. He is always looking for a “win-win” relationships and figuring out how to think outside of the box.

Jonah Henn, Real Estate Broker and Property Manager

Jonah Henn graduated from West Valley High School in 2017 and began working for Rent Ready that summer. He received his real estate broker license in 2017 and is currently studying how to be an effective property manager. Jonah enjoys helping people find the right rental unit for their needs and is looking forward to learning more about investing in real estate and building relationships within our community.

Jodie Rosencrance, Real Estate Broker and Property Manager

Jodie is a new property manager and Realtor with Rent Ready Property Management, LLC. She is currently writing her biography and we’ll update her story soon.
