Tenant Overview

Rent Ready’s strives to give you the best rental experience you’ve had. We do this by being selective with our rental units and maintaining open and honest communication with our tenants.

The rental units we manage:

  • Are chosen based on the quality and condition of the property
  • Have property owners that have the same goals and values as we do
  • Have property owners willing to address maintenance issues promptly and correctly
  • Participate with local law enforcement agencies, Crime Free Housing programs, and Block Watch programs
  • Receive regular preventative maintenance inspections
  • Are mostly pet friendly, but not entirely
  • Are in neighborhoods where we have established relationships with the neighbors

We serve you, our tenant by:

  • Communicating openly and honestly
  • Having a simple application process with reasonable application fees
  • Offering true leases or monthly rental agreements
  • Meeting our tenants onsite when keys are issued and clearly documenting the condition of the property upon move in
  • Abiding by the terms of the rental agreement
  • Offering online payment options
  • Rewards and incentives for rent payments and caring for our rental units
  • Performing “pre-move out inspections” to maximize the return of security deposits, and then meeting you on-site for a final walkthrough when you move out
  • Making moving between our rental units as easy as possible
  • Helping our tenants to buy homes when they are ready

In return, we expect the following from you as our tenant:

  • To communicate openly and honestly with our staff
  • To keep us updated on changes in life circumstance that may affect your ability to fulfill your obligations\
  • To pay your rent when it is due, and to be responsible for late fees when you don’t
  • To help us care for our rental units by cleaning it on a regular basis and asking for help when needed
  • When required, to mow the yard regularly, water adequately, and asking for help when needed
  • To promptly report maintenance issues and to accept responsibility for plumbing issues and damages caused by you, your roommates, and/or your guests
  • To cooperate with property inspections
  • To abide by the terms of the rental agreement
No one will have a good rental experience if everyone…the property owner, property manager, and the tenant…do not work together. So…

Let’s all work together and make it enjoyable!
